TERMS OF CANCELLATION

There will be no cancellation on products ordered during a “promotional sale”

A. Cancellation procedure

A customer is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Joram.

Upon successfully placing an order on the Platform and after Joram has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner (as defined in the Delivery Policy), the customer will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the customer in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.

Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, if the customer decides to cancel the purchase, the customer can do so by requesting Joram to process a cancellation by directly contacting our Customer Care Department via call or WhatsApp (Mobile no: 8110030001). It is essential to provide order details, including the order number, to facilitate a smooth cancellation procedure.

Except for returns to Joram Wallet, all refunds are subject to the appropriate charges (2.5% of the invoiced amount) for payment gateways' payment processing fees.

If the payment is made using any EMI option/financial third-party assistance (credit cards or EMI cards) while ordering, the refund charge may alter based on related processing costs (if any) from third parties, which will be deducted from the invoiced amount during refund.

B. Cancellation after dispatch.

  • We, Joram, do not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders unless it comes under any extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events, which we will assess cancellations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.

REFUND & PAYMENT TERMS

A. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable in the following situations:

  • An order is successfully cancelled before dispatch.
  • An order cannot be fulfilled due to product availability or other circumstances.
  • A payment has been successfully received but the order cannot be processed.
  • A duplicate payment has been made for the same order.
  • Any other situation specifically approved by Joram Automotive.

    • Refund eligibility may vary depending on the order status and circumstances.

B. Refund Processing

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the UPI-registered mobile number provided during checkout, where applicable.
  • Refunds will generally be processed within 5 working days from the date of approval.
  • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.

C. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Applicable payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted under the applicable terms and conditions.
  • Any applicable taxes or charges associated with the payment transaction will be handled in accordance with the relevant payment gateway and regulatory requirements.

D. Failed Transactions

  • If the payment fails but the amount has been debited from the customer's account, the amount will generally be refunded through the payment gateway to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.

E. Duplicate Payments

  • If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a duplicate payment, the additional amount will be reviewed and, if verified, refunded to the applicable payment method.

F. Non-Refundable Amounts

  • Certain charges or amounts may not be eligible for a refund where applicable. Any such exclusions will be communicated to the customer before or during the refund process.

G. Refund Status

  • Customers may contact the Joram Automotive support team to enquire about the status of an approved refund. Please keep your order ID and payment details available when contacting us.
